Certificate:Hybrid Certified Nursing Assistant Training
Wednesdays 12:30pm-4:30pm @ ADA ***A MANDATORY ORIENTATION WILL TAKE PLACE THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS***
Students must read chapters 1, 2, 3, 10 and 33 before the first day of class. Students can access a class supply list. Additional requirements will be discussed at the orientation on the first day of class.
Students must be able to pass a background check and drug screen test prior to beginning their clinical externship hours. If you have a felony or certain misdemeanors on your record, you may not be assigned to a clinical site. For ESL students, CWI Workforce Development recommends taking the CASAS test prior to registering for the Nursing Assistant class. Any student concerned about their ability to succeed in the class may also take the CASAS test free of charge. Please call 208.562.2575 for more information regarding the CASAS test.
