Description: SATURDAYS 8-12PM @ CANYON ***A MANDATORY ORIENTATION WILL TAKE PLACE THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS***
Students must read chapters 1, 2, 3, 10 and 34 before the first day of class. Students can access a class supply list via the digital download provided at the time of registration. Additional requirements will be discussed at the orientation on the first day of class. 
Students must be able to pass a background check and drug screen test prior to beginning their clinical externship hours. If you have a felony or certain misdemeanors on your record, you may not be assigned to a clinical site. If you have any questions related to the background check or drug screening requirements, please contact Renee Brennan, Clinical Externship Coordinator directly by email at reneebrennan@cwi.edu or by phone at 208.562.2075. 
For ESL students, we recommend taking the CASAS test prior to registering for the Nursing Assistant class.
