Idaho CNA Written Exam VOUCHER

Please read:  This registration is for payment of your CNA Written Exam Fee, once you receive your payment confirmation e-mail you will use that as a voucher to enroll at the CWI Testing Services by following the instructions on this page: https://cwi.edu/academic-resources/testing-services Time Limit: 90 minutes Materials Allowed: No materials allowed. Username and password will be provided the day of your exam. Please also make sure that you bring physical copies of the following: Skills completion form Proof of third party payment Government Issued photo ID card (expired ID's are not acceptable) Social Security Card or be prepared to enter your SSN number CWI Testing Services Boise: If you have any questions about registration, please call our ALYN office at 208-562-2542. Ada County Testing Services is located in the Lynx building. We are on the opposite side of the building as the One Stop Student Services. The address is 9314 W. Overland Rd, Boise ID 83709. CWI Testing Services Nampa: If you have any questions about registration, please call our Nampa Micron office at 208-562-2440. Nampa Micron Testing Services is located in the Micron Education Center, above the bookstore. The address is 5725 E Franklin Rd, Room 202, Nampa ID 83687.
