Clinical Skills Test

** Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled proctor time.

Students must bring government issued identification that
includes a photograph and signature (i.e., driver's license,
passport, state-issued identification card, military
identification card, or a letter from the Social Security
Administration that includes your name and social security number
accompanied by photo ID) to the test.
 
You MUST bring your Idaho Nurse Aide Testing Application to the
test, or you will not be allowed to test. You must wear scrubs,
watch, and appropriate shoes. If you are not prepared you may be
sent home.
 
Once you have passed the Clinical Skills Test (WDNRSA-1103),
register for your final written test here:
https://cwi.edu/current-students/exam-registration. Bring the
same Application to Test form that you brought to your Skills
