Responsible Person

This course certifies the student with the City of Boise and additional counties (4 Hrs, 1 Session). Each permitted construction site within the City of Boise is required to have one overall responsible person in charge of the erosion and sediment control program. That person must have day-to-day control over the construction site activities and be trained and certified by Boise City. Completing this class and passing an open-book written exam will provide you with certification, valid for three years.
