This 30 hour in-person course prepares the student to use the intermediate to advanced features in SolidWorks, a computer aided drafting software designed to make 3-D models for the engineering and manufacturing fields. Students will learn how to sketch, use applied features, design strategies, and design tables. They will also learn how to generate bill of material drawings with assemblies and master 3-D models and drawings from 2-D data.
